I have a question, a suggestion, an issue, something I need to get sorted, or I’ve found a bug… How can I get in touch with you?

You can send us your feedback directly within the app (under the “Contact us” menu). Whenever possible, please provide us with as much information as you can, including screenshots. You can also reach us using our online contact form. We strive to respond as quickly as possible (typically within a few hours to a few days, depending on the urgency).

Is it possible to test beta versions of Ready4Sea?

Yes! We welcome users who want to test upcoming features ahead of release. We ask that you provide feedback to help us improve the app. Here is the page with all the details on how to participate in testing.

How can I stay up to date with the latest news and updates?

We regularly release new versions of Ready4Sea. To make sure you don’t miss them, we suggest you enable automatic updates on your mobile device. Details of the changes are listed in our version changelog and on the app store pages. We also highlight major new features in our monthly newsletter.

Do you have a newsletter I can subscribe to?

Yes! Feel free to subscribe to our monthly newsletter. It covers technical aspects of boating, tips on how to better maintain and prepare your boat, and of course, the latest news from Ready4Sea.

Are there Ready4Sea communities for my boat or motorhome/RV model so that we can exchange information?

Not yet, but we are working on it. Please let us know if this is a priority for you.

Who are we?

First and foremost, we are two couples of sailors. We launched a maintenance assistant for boats before expanding it to include any asset requiring technical oversight. Find out more by reading our story.
